TERMS
Eligibility for Purchase
Sales of wristbands are open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Proof of age may be required upon collection of wristbands.
Payment Methods & Confirmation
Payment for wristbands may be made by credit card and is processed via Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon successful payment.
Sales Finalisation
All wristband sales for Aberdeen Cocktail Week are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as outlined in these terms regarding event modification or cancellation.
Event Rescheduling or Postponement
In the event that Aberdeen Cocktail Week is rescheduled or postponed, all purchased wristbands will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Attendees will be notified via email of any changes to the event schedule.
Event Cancellation
Only in the case that Aberdeen Cocktail Week is completely cancelled will refunds be issued for wristband purchases. The refund process will be communicated to attendees via email.
Wristband Transfer & Resale
Wristbands are not transferable to other individuals once collected.
If you wish to sell your wristband prior to collection, you may do so, but must notify Aberdeen Cocktail Week organizers with the new attendee’s name and email address.
Wristband Collection
Attendees who have purchased concession or discounted wristbands are required to present valid identification and proof of purchase upon collection. A QR code must be scanned to receive your wristband.
Wristband Validity & Usage
The Aberdeen Cocktail Week wristband grants access to special menus and promotions at participating venues during the specified event dates. Possession of a wristband does not guarantee seating or immediate service at venues, which operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to capacity.
Responsible Drinking & Challenge 25
Participating venues operate a Challenge 25 policy; you may be asked to present valid ID.
Venues reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated, in line with local licensing laws.
We encourage attendees to explore Aberdeen Cocktail Week in a sensible and responsible manner. Attendees with allergies or special dietary needs should inform venue staff before ordering.
Liability
Aberdeen Cocktail Week organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property experienced during the event.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior to ensure a positive experience for all. Any attendee who behaves disruptively may be refused service or asked to leave a venue.
Venue Participation & Admittance
Aberdeen Cocktail Week serves as a marketing platform to highlight special menus offered by participating venues.
The decision regarding entry rests solely with each venue.
Refunds & Venue Withdrawal
No refunds for wristbands will be issued if a venue withdraws from the festival or if the cocktails do not meet the attendee’s expectations.
Wristbands remain valid at all other participating venues.
Event Responsibility
All events during Aberdeen Cocktail Week are the responsibility of the respective event organizers.
Unless explicitly stated, events are not organized by Aberdeen Cocktail Week. Direct any inquiries or concerns about specific events to the relevant organizer.
Liability Limitation
Attendees acknowledge that Aberdeen Cocktail Week shall not be held liable for any issues, grievances, or dissatisfaction arising from individual events, venue policies, or cocktail offerings.
By purchasing a wristband, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aberdeen Cocktail Week, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your conduct, actions, or omissions during the event.
Force Majeure
Aberdeen Cocktail Week shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, war, terrorism, fire, or flood). In such circumstances, Aberdeen Cocktail Week reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or make changes to the event as necessary.
Personal Data & Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). Your information will only be used for the administration of Aberdeen Cocktail Week and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We may occasionally send you details of similar events or products we believe may be of interest. You can opt out at any time via a one-click unsubscribe link.
Photography & Promotional Material
Authorized photographers may be present at venues. Photographs taken may be used for future promotional materials. If you do not wish your likeness to be used, please contact the organizers at aberdeen@cocktailevents.uk.
Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any amendments will be communicated to attendees via email.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed during Aberdeen Cocktail Week remain the property of their respective owners. Attendees are not permitted to use any such marks without prior written consent.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms (together with any referenced documents) constitute the entire agreement between Aberdeen Cocktail Week and the attendee, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
By purchasing a wristband for Aberdeen Cocktail Week, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
ABERDEEN COCKTAIL WEEK COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Aberdeen Cocktail Week, associated companies, and their immediate families.
Entry Period
The competition starts on October 5th and closes on October 15th at 5pm. Entries outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
Entrants must select the correct answer. Multiple entries per person are not allowed.
Prize
The winner will receive 4x week wristbands for Aberdeen Cocktail Week plus the cash equivalent of 8 cocktails to enjoy during the festival.
Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct and valid entries.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the competition ending. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner.
Data Protection
Entrants’ details will be used solely for this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
General
Aberdeen Cocktail Week reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.
Jurisdiction
This competition and these terms are governed by Scottish Law and are subject to the jurisdiction of Scotland.
Acceptance
Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
