Just a year working the business end of the bar, Jasmyn Lawson is already flexing her creativity with stunning creations. Her quick progress shows how natural talent paired with enthusiasm can open doors in Aberdeen’s vibrant cocktail community.
“[Beach, Please!] was inspired by the matcha trend going about except with a lil twist” Jasmyn shared with us. Her creation balances that grassy, green tea with Honey, Vanilla, Passionfruit and Lemoncello.

When she’s not crafting drinks herself, you’ll catch Jasmyn in one of three spots:
The Spiritualist
Old School House
Revolución de Cuba
Beach, Please! is available at Common Sense Coffee House and Bar and contains Steeped Green Tea With Honey, Vanilla Vodka, Passionfruit Syrup, Limoncello, Triple Sec. Only £5 with your Aberdeen Cocktail Week wristband.
